Ahmed Suhail Ahmed
Al Hadhri
General Manager

DCF is led by Dr. Ahmed Suhail Ahmed Al Hadhri who holds a Ph.D degree in Agricultural Sciences (Field crops and pasture) from Gezira University, Sudan. He graduated in Agricultural Sciences (Field crops and pasture) from Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences, King Faisal University Saudi Arabia and did his Masters in Agricultural Sciences (Crop Production) from Cairo University, Egypt Arab Republic. Dr Ahmed joined DCF in 1997, bringing nearly 10 years of domestic and international experience with the company.

As General Manager, he oversees day to day operations and is responsible for setting the strategic direction that will drive dramatic increase in the overall growth.

As a person with the real vision by his nature, he leads by example and empowers the management. As a truly local citizen, he is passionate to serve the community by creating extended business opportunities in the region. Dr Ahmed is the vision behind the strategic improvement of the products’ quality and market awareness initiative measures that has made A’Safwah a household name in the Sultanate and Overseas. He always ensures that quality and value of A’Safwah is maintained all the time and serves his agenda of cost saving and better profit in all possible ways.

Dr Ahmed was appointed as the General Manager of DCF, the parent company of A’Safwah, at a critical stage when operating efficiency was low, costs saving measures were not in place and relations with the local community were at stake. Within a short period of time, he has inspired a lot and brought about an amazing turnaround for the company with DCF making inroads into new business, generating increased profits and boosting shareholder confidence in the company’s progress. He is also the Managing Director of Dhofar Poultry Co. SAOG and Chairman of International Plastic Industries Co. L.L.C.
 

Ahmed Ali Qattan
DGM – support services

Ahmed Heads the Administration department at A’Safwah. He has an extended history in the office environment and has worked in the trading industry since 1995. Ahmed's knowledge of office and administration enables him to front the administration department, ensuring all things run smoothly in our demanding manufacturing and sales office structure.

He joined A’Safwah in May 1998 and with him brings immense knowledge and experience on handling the Administration and Personnel departments. Prior to this assignment, he was heading the Azzawia Trading Company.
 

Ghazi Jaber Taher
DGM - Dairy

Ghazi Jaber brings extensive knowledge in dairy plant management, function and process improvements to his position at A’Safwah, having past experience in the areas of dairy plants processing, production planning, and process engineering.

Ghazi Jaber joined A’Safwah in the year 1998. He has earlier worked for Danish Jordanian Dairy Company where, as Production Manager, he integrated the production and facilitated a seamless transition for automation. Ghazi serving as DGM - Dairy is responsible for operations and operator services of the plant at A’Safwah.
 

Ahmed Al Dahab
Dairy Plant Manager

Eng. Ahmed Al Dahab is responsible about the management of the dairy plant. To ensure producing all dairy products, juices, in accordance with the requirements of the marketing department and according to quality standards.

Eng. Ahmed Al Dahab has more than 11 years work experience in our company. He had started working as a Quality officer, then promoted as quality and product development manager and, then as production manager and is currently as plant manager.

In addition to his qualification BSc in Animal Science (1998), Eng. Ahmed Al Dahab has achieved a Master degree in Food Science and Technology (2003) and Master of Business Administration (2010) from the United Kingdom during his work in the company.
 

Mr. Rabea Bin Awadh Marzooq Al Amri
Human Recourse Manager

DCF HR team is headed by Mr. Rabea Bin Awadh Marzooq Al Amri who possesses a glittering all round career with a diversified experience of 39 years. Having acquired General education, he had successfully attained “Psychometric Tests Certificate” in HR, “Train the Trainer Certificate” of training, “Management Development Modules” in administration, “Predictive Index System” certificate, “Certificate de Niveau” in French and various other certificates in IT and General Awareness. Arabic being the mother tongue, he is also fluent in English and well versant with French too.

As the Sr. HR Manager, he oversees all HR activities of DCF. Having a good experience of dealing with different nationalities of Asians, Arabs and Europeans, he has very well managed the DCF team of diversified nationalities. His capability of handling HR issues makes him a role model for the entire team and makes him praise worthy.

As a person with a transparent vision, he always leads the team by example. His military life experience as a Captain makes him maintain a well disciplined team and problems solving nature on deadlines. His past experience of Assistant Finance Manager, Finance & Administration Manager, Assistant General Manager, Administration Manager, Assistant Training Manager and Employment Manager with various organizations gives him an easy access to the roots of day to day issues and empowers him to tackle them with a sound mind. Besides, he has a strong desire of serving his Nation & the Nationals and is passionate of providing them extended job opportunities.

Mr. Rabea, after being appointed as the HR Manager of DCF, has left no stone unturned to fulfill the company’s vision. His attitude and problem solving skills is truly an asset for DCF.

Dr. JSD Sundarsingh
Livestock Manager

Dr. JSD Sundarsingh, a dairy veterinarian, graduated in 1975 from Madras Veterinary College affiliated to Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in India.

He had his training in breeding technologies at Maple Hill Institution in Canada.

He started his career with dairy cooperatives and served India’s pioneering organization, National Dairy Development Board.

He served in one of the largest dairy farms in Saudi Arabia (Nada Dairy Farm, Hofuf) as Unit Manger for eight years.

He joined DCF in 1998 and is working as Livestock Manager.

Kheiry Hassan Mohammed
Board Secretary

Kheiry Hassan Mohammed joined DCF in April 2003 as a Project Analyst and Board Secretary and works as the connection between the Board, MSM/CMA and the management, thereby increasing communication between the Board and the management.

He works as a Project Analyst doing feasibility studies for new ideas and projects/investments to be taken up by DCF.
