• Implementation of Microsoft owned, Great Plains, fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, automating the business processes in a secure sphere of Planning-Forecasting-Budgeting-Execution-Reporting. 
   

• Implementation of online Van Sales System (Intermec/Symbol HHT systems).
   

• The Use of Windows CE based new generation of Handhelds has provided a new era of automation in the field of sales technology and warehouse management; this has spectacularly improved the competence level of staff in handling the sales and logistics. 
  
  These mobile devices pose a touch pad support solution that has given an advantage to the sales/warehouse teams, by minimizing their data entry errors. This has also helped the sales team to serve more customers with better efficiency in lesser time.
  
  All the modules are in operation.
  (i) Daily collection summary, Stock Summary, Store control sheet and related reports that were maintained manually earlier, is totally automated now, resulting in reduced manpower and manual efforts. System totally revamped for efficiency.
  (ii) Helpful for the marketing, sales and warehouse teams, works as an effective decision support tool. They are now able to get off-the-hand daily Sales-group information and Market report from the system, enabling them to prioritize/ plan their daily, future moves.
   

• Formulation of relevant IT policies and procedures – Addresses basic necessities.
   

• Institution of Help Desk system (An In-house developed SQL Server/VB system).
